Where do you manufacture your products?
Our facility is located in Lahore, but we will soon be shifting the facility to Islamabad.
How can we order from you online
You can call our helpline number mentioned on our website or contact us on Facebook or WhatsApp.
What is your payment method?
For orders specifically for our customers (end users) we are supplying Cash On Delivery (COD), but for orders in bulk you can send the money directly to our bank account and we can deliver the products as required.
Are you delivering outside of country as well?
Yes currently we are delivering to 5 to 6 countries abroad, but we have distributors available in those countries, and we are not directly delivering the products to the end user.
What are the delivery charges?
Deliver charges nationwide are Rs. 200/-, and free delivery is on orders that match or exceed the Rs. 2000/- mark.
Do you confirm the orders that are made?
Yes, we always make a confirmation call to customers who have placed an order, for name, address, and phone number clarity.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we do accept returns if the product is broken or damaged during the delivery.
Will we get any discounts?
There are discounts available on bulk purchases, but the end users can get free deliveries on orders equal to or more than Rs. 2000/-.
